Delivery Information
We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of just £5.99 per order for most of mainland England, Scotland, and Wales, no matter how many hedging plants you order!
For some locations, additional courier surcharges apply, which will be calculated at checkout:
- Northern Ireland – Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver at this time.
- Scottish Highlands – £30 surcharge.
- Scottish Islands – £30 surcharge.
Free Delivery on Orders Over £150
Spend £150 or more, and we’ll deliver your order for free (excluding surcharged areas).
How We Pack & Deliver Your Hedging Plants
Every order is carefully selected, packed, and dispatched by our expert team to ensure your plants arrive fresh, healthy, and ready to thrive.
Dispatch Time – Orders are typically sent out within 3-5 working days.
Delivery Time – Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days via our trusted courier partners.
We’ll send you a confirmation email when your order is on its way so you can track its progress.

All collections are from Mill Hill Nursery, Pott Row, near the historic market town of King’s Lynn, Norfolk.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your hedging plants. If you need to return an order, here’s what to do:
- Returns must be made within 28 days of delivery.
- Plants must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they arrived.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care to pack and protect our plants, but if your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, we’ll put things right. Just contact us via email with:
- A clear photo showing the damage.
- Your order number, full name, and contact details.
- A short description of the issue.
- Our friendly team will review your case and get back to you within 48 working hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
