If your order arrives damaged or looking unwell, just send us a quick email with a photo and we’ll put things right with a replacement or refund—no hassle, no fuss.

Do you have a shop?
No, we’re an online-only retailer. This means we can offer the best prices by cutting out the costs of a physical store, passing the savings on to you.
Is my payment secure?
Yes! When you place an order, your payment details are fully encrypted and secure—you can shop with confidence.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes! All our prices already include VAT, so there are no hidden charges at checkout.
How will my hedging plants be delivered?
All our orders are sent by courier in specially designed, robust packaging to keep your plants safe during transit. We take great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready to be planted.
How much does delivery cost?
- Flat rate of £5.99 for delivery, no matter how many hedging plants you order.
- Free delivery on orders over £150.
- Some areas in the UK may incur a small surcharge—full details can be found here.

What if I need to return my order?
We want you to be completely happy with your plants, but if you do need to return an order, please do so within 28 days, keeping the plants in their original packaging. Full return details can be found here.
Do you grow the hedging plants you sell?
Most of the hedging plants we sell are grown right here at our Norfolk nursery, where they’re cared for by our team of expert horticulturists. This means you’re getting plants that are strong, healthy, and ready to flourish in your garden.
With the right care, our hedging plants have an exceptionally high survival rate, so you can plant with confidence!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
For orders over £99, you can also spread the cost with PayPal Credit (subject to status), allowing you to pay in four monthly instalments.
